Our program aims to build a resilient education community based on trust, mindfulness, inclusion, fun, and comfort. It provides educators with a non-threatening, anxiety- and confrontation-free pathway to becoming and remaining “Light workers of the future”, offering them practical solutions for their own wellbeing.

Our program, “You Are More Than You Think” is designed to synchronize and harmonize education with the world around the students and the world within them by emphasizing holistic student development, aligning education with students’ emotional, social, and intellectual needs. Our comprehensive prevention and early intervention programs support students’ psychological and social growth.

Inspired by Sir Ken Robinson’s wisdom - “Education is gardening!’ our program transcends traditional roles. Namely, in the realm of education, parents and teachers are akin to diligent gardeners, tending to growth of vibrant flowers – our children. Just as gardeners don’t teach plants how to grow, but create the ideal conditions for blossoming, so do parents and teachers together shape and create an optimal environment for every child to reach their full potential and to blossom. We strongly believe that when a flower doesn’t bloom, we need to fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower.
Emphasizing interconnectedness and the collaborative dance of education, this program encourages that only together adults can create a safe, healthy, caring, and supportive environment for student’s talents and dreams flourish.
Sculpting Minds, Gorging Legacies
Program pays homage to the island abundance having the most academics per capita in the world, boasting a wealth of scientist, writers, and artists. “Island’s Academic Odyssey” is not just a celebration; it is a journey to inspire by all of Hvar’s icons of knowledge and echoes the belief that knowledge, passion, art, and education are the cornerstones for individuals’ societal contribution, fulfilled live and to sculpt a legacy, irrespective of socio-economic backgrounds.
